Coffee Connections

Understanding that the average military spouse moves 8-12 times over a 20-year military career, starting over with new people and places each time, the USO launched military spouse programming. Each event varies in activity, but all have one goal: to strengthen, connect, and provide a sense of community to military spouses, no matter where their spouse’s service takes them.

The USO understands this aspect of the life of military spouses and “Coffee Connections” is designed to help address these challenges. These events provide a space for military spouses to gather to build friendships, share advice and information about the local area, and feel understood by others living similar lives. Through USO Coffee Connections, military spouses stay connected to their communities no matter where they are stationed.

Currently, Coffee Connection events are offered monthly at Fort Huachuca, Nellis AFB, in Utah, and in Yuma. Events are currently held quarterly in Tucson and Phoenix. All events are open to spouses of those currently serving in the military, including active-duty, National Guard, and Reserves.
