A New Pup in Town
The mental and physical benefits of therapy dogs have been well documented: from lowering blood pressure, lessing feelings of depression, and decreasing anxiety, dogs can do wonders for our health. And now, when traveling through McCarran, you might just be able to meet one of these helpful animals. Tucker and his owner, Linda, are just getting to know their way around the airport and are already providing comfort and reducing lonliness to service members and their families. Tucker is currently 11 months old and has a calming effect on everyone he meets. He’s a good boy who likes pets on the head, puppy treats, and the occassional game of fetch. Come on down to our T1 Lounge on Wednesdays and say hello!
