USO Arizona Joins Forces with Swire Coca-Cola to Support Local Troops This Holiday Season
Phoenix, Arizona (December 10, 2025) – The USO proudly recognizes Swire Coca-Cola’s continued commitment to America’s military community, highlighted by a $75,000 donation and a volunteer-driven holiday stocking project held in Phoenix on Veterans Day.
On November 11, volunteers from Swire Coca-Cola, Albertsons Safeway, and the Arizona Cardinals came together to pack 225 holiday stockings for local service members. The event included brief remarks from all three partners, underscoring their shared dedication to strengthening the well-being of servicemembers and their families during the holiday season. The $75,000 donation was made possible through the support of Swire and local Albertsons Safeway shoppers. It was presented to the USO during an on-field ceremony at the Arizona Cardinals game on November 16, with representatives from the USO, Swire Coca-Cola, Albertsons Safeway, and the Cardinals taking part.
“Swire Coca-Cola continues to go above and beyond in delivering real impact to our service members,” said Ben Leslie, Chief Development Officer of the USO. “From our stocking-packing project, to major community activations throughout the year, their commitment to ensuring we can boost morale for military families worldwide cannot be overstated.”
“Our ongoing partnership with the USO highlights our mission of investing in caring for our communities. Swire Coca-Cola believes we can make a bigger difference when we work together,” said Jessica Barbier, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Swire Coca-Cola. “We’re proud to join our longtime partners to shine a spotlight on the service of these amazing military men, women, and families.”
This year’s collaboration builds on a growing portfolio of Swire Coca-Cola support for the USO, including providing tickets for service members and families to attend a Seattle Mariners game and tailgate event, volunteering to pack USO Care Packs for deployed troops, and additional community initiatives across the USO’s West Region. Looking ahead to 2026, Swire Coca-Cola and the USO will expand support for local USO Centers in communities including Seattle, WA, and Denver, CO.
Coca-Cola and the USO share a deeply rooted partnership that spans more than eight decades. Since 1941, Coca-Cola has worked alongside the USO to donate products and fund essential programs and services for military members and their families.
